Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 50jl platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 50jl employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. All accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice, and balances held in such accounts may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it if any details change. 50jl is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.
Before withdrawing funds from your 50jl account, you are required to complete identity verification ("KYC"). 50jl may request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. 50jl recommends completing verification immediately after registration to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify 50jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 50jl accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the user has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
All deposits made to your 50jl account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own legal name. 50jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Accepted minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are published on the platform's cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
50jl does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, payment service providers or banks may apply their own fees, for which 50jl is not responsible. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer processing times are subject to interbank settlement schedules.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
50jl does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to transfer funds through accounts not in your own name will result in transaction reversal and may trigger a compliance review.
The primary operating currency at 50jl is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, wagering activity, and promotional calculations are denominated in Philippine Peso unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer. 50jl reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with published fee schedules, following advance notice to the registered email address.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 50jl are subject to individual offer terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules contained in this section. In the event of a conflict between individual offer terms and these general rules, the individual offer terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the total amount of real-money wagers that must be placed before bonus funds and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount received. Unless otherwise stated, only wagers placed on eligible game categories count toward satisfying wagering requirements.
All bonuses carry an expiry period, which begins from the date and time the bonus is credited to your account. Bonuses not claimed within the promotional validity window, and bonus funds for which wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
50jl monitors accounts for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal variance; coordinated play across multiple accounts; and exploitation of promotional offer loopholes. 50jl reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Each promotional offer is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms. Players who attempt to claim a promotion multiple times by creating additional accounts will have such attempts treated as a violation of the single-account policy.
All games available on the 50jl platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money. 50jl provides game rule summaries for all major categories; however, game provider terms may also apply for specific titles.

Bets affected by confirmed technical errors may be voided, and stakes returned to players' accounts. 50jl is not liable for any winnings generated during a verifiable technical error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 50jl platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly upon receipt. 50jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Maintenance windows, technical outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. 50jl will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
In no event shall 50jl's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your 50jl account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
50jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
50jl implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect user data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, secure storage protocols, and access controls. 50jl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
50jl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Where an account is closed other than for a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player through the same payment method used for deposits, subject to standard KYC and anti-money laundering procedures.
